Oven operator — Mohave County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Mohave County, Arizona. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
