What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
