Kitchen cook — Fulton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Fulton County, Illinois. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
