Cook wanted in Stone County

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Stone County, Arkansas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
