We are recruiting: shuttering carpenter (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Rockland County, New York. On the job you will handle: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions Requirements: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
