Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Day to day you will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment.
