The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours.
