Horizontal milling machine operator — Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Washington County, Kansas. You will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Six days a week, one day off.
