Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Grant County, Wisconsin. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
