Stitching operator — Robeson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Robeson County, North Carolina. You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Part-time with flexible hours.
