Now hiring: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Sumter County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards Ideal candidate: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Six days a week, one day off.
