You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On the job you will handle: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
