Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Solihull, England. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Six days a week, one day off.
