Excavator operator • Camas County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an excavator operator in Camas County, Idaho. You will work at a plant hire yard. What we are looking for: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Day to day you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
