Urgent requirement: restoration bricklayer (West Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Mingo County, West Virginia. Day to day you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Six days a week, one day off.
