Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Marshall County, Alabama. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
