CNC milling operator — Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 5+ years on the tools preferred.
