CO2 welder — Concordia Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Day to day you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
