The role involves: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Rotating shifts.
