Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Careful handling of tools and components • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
