Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe operator in Wood County, West Virginia. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety You will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
