Blocklayer — Benton County

Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Benton County, Washington. You will work on a scaffolded high-rise site. The role involves forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Rotating shifts.
