Trailer driver — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trailer driver in Polk County, Tennessee. You will be based in a refrigerated transport fleet. Requirements: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
