Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hill County, Texas. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
