Assembly line worker — Beltrami County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly line worker in Beltrami County, Minnesota. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away You should have: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
