Maintenance painter — Wicomico County

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Wicomico County, Maryland. You will be based at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls You should have: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
