Motor grader operator — Lee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Lee County, Illinois. You will be based at a landfill site. Day to day you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
