Tiling assistant • Vinton County, Ohio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Vinton County, Ohio. The job is at a bathroom renovation job. Ideal candidate: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter You will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
