Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Keweenaw County, Michigan. Requirements: • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Your main tasks: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $130 per day plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
