Powder coating operator — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Madison County, Tennessee. You will be based on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
