Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Haakon County, South Dakota. The job is at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
