Immediate opening: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in North Ayrshire, Scotland. Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Punctual with reliable attendance • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets The role involves: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
