We are recruiting: we are hiring a beldar in Winkler County, Texas. The job is on a residential housing site. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day to day you will wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
