Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Sumter County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Sumter County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift What we are looking for: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
