Bread and bun maker — Schley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Schley County, Georgia. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Rotating shifts. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
