Foundry operative wanted in Sharp County

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry operative in Sharp County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
