Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale On a typical shift you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
