Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Calhoun County, Mississippi. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience.
