We are recruiting: surface coating operator (Indiana)

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. You will be based at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
