Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Douglas County, Minnesota. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. What we are looking for: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang The role involves: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
