Formwork joiner — Santa Fe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. You will work on a residential tower site. You will apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters. Requirements: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
