Insulation installer — Cheshire East

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation installer in Cheshire East, England. The job is on a construction site. On a typical shift you will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
