Steward wanted in Lee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Lee County, Alabama. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
