Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor On a typical shift you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles.
