Deboner wanted in Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Lincoln County, Colorado. Day to day you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
