Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Pine County, Minnesota. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
