Assembly operator — Lafayette County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an assembly operator in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low You should have: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
