Surface coating operator • Bayo, Borno State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Bayo, Borno State. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Overtime paid at a premium rate.
