Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Your main tasks: • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas Full-time with occasional weekends. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
