VMC operator — Frontier County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Frontier County, Nebraska. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. You will select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
